Issues Running in Windows Server 2003

This is a known issue in ArcFM Solution versions 9.3.1 SP1 and later.

There is a known Microsoft .NET Framework issue that manifests in particular situations when running Geodatabase Manager in a Windows Server 2003 environment. This issue manifests in two ways:

No options appear in the Action Handler field on the Version Processing tab in Geodatabase Manager.
Configured services in the Available Services window remain in a state of "Start Pending" indefinitely after an attempt is made to start them.

To work around this bug, follow the steps outlined below.

Close Geodatabase Manager.
Browse to the ArcFM Solution bin directory (e.g., C:\Program Files (x86)\Miner and Miner\ArcFM Solution\Bin).
Rename the following files to remove the .exe portion of the file name.
