This section highlights the ArcFM tools available in ArcCatalog to help you configure your geodatabase.

If you connect to the database (in ArcCatalog) using SQLExpress or a Personal ArcSDE connection, ArcFM tools will not be available. You must create a direct connect to the database in order to access ArcFM tools. |

If you are running Windows Server 2012, you will need to run ArcCatalog as an administrator to get all ArcFM features. |
