A regulator is a mechanical device used for the controlled reduction of pressure in a gas distribution system.

Attributes:

Comments: text - User or designer comments.

FlowEquation: text -Equation used for analysis of regulator.

Hyperlink: text - Used to store a hyperlink path via standard Esri hyperlinking functionality.

Manufacturer: text -Code indicating manufacturer of regulator; domain values include American, Fisher, Reliance, etc.

OrificeDiameter: text -Size of orifice.

Owner: text -Owner of associated facility.

PropertyUnitCode: text -Value assigned to assets to track and classify Property Records.

RegulatorStationObjectID: long integer -ObjectID of associated regulator station.

RuralTapObjectID: long integer -ObjectID of associated RuralTap.

SetPressureEntered: double -Pressure at which regulator releases to prevent overpressuring within system.

SetPressureStandard: double -Pressure at which the valve is set to release in system standard units, generally psi.

SetPressureUnitOfMeasure: text -Units in which pressure is measured within system.

SpringRange: text -Indicates the number of units over which the spring on the regulator operates.

TBSObjectID: long integer -ObjectID of associated town border station.
