This table stores the ultimate sources defined in the CircuitSource object class as well as the subsources defined in a multi-tiered network. This table is required ONLY for Extended Feeder Manager.
Attributes:
FeederLevel: long integer - A value indicating the feeder level. A feeder level consists of all connected features with the same voltage level. This voltage level is determined by the exiting voltage from a subsource. All connected downstream features with that same voltage are considered a feeder level.
FeederName: text - This field contains the name assigned to the feeder.
ParentCircuitSourceID: long integer - This field contains a value that identifies the parent circuit source to the electric device. This field is required by Extended Feeder Manager.
RelatedFeatureClassName: text - The feature class name for the related object.
RelatedObjectID: text - A unique ID that identifies the related object.
