MethodFindLayerSearches for a specific feature layer given a map (data frame) and a feature.  
MethodFlashGeometryFlashes a specific geometry. This method also allows you to configure the size and color of the flash.  
MethodZoomToThis method reads the zoom scale and adjusts the map display accordingly. If the zoom scale is less than 0, the map display will not change.
