PropertyRespectConductorPhasingGets or sets a boolean value indicating whether to respect a conductor's phasing.  
PropertyRespectEnabledFieldGets or sets a boolean value indicating whether to respect the Enabled field. This Esri field may be set to True (included in the trace) or False (excluded). This property determines whether the trace looks at the Enabled field or not.
