	CreateSystemTableFunction	Creates a feature class representing Cathodic Protection systems.
	PopulateCathodicProtectionSystemFunction	Populates the Cathodic Protection System feature class with a linear shape representing all the edges belonging to the system, and ancillary information derived from the trace.
