Public PropertyCodeThe Code property should map to the codes of rows in the MM_EXPRESS_COST_ITEM_LIBRARY table in the database.  
Public PropertyQuantityQuantity should specifiy how many of this cost item should be added to the estimate, should a favorite with this cost associated with it be placed in the map.
