Public MethodLoadFavoritesAttempts to load all system and user favorites from the provided workspace. The user name property specifies the username of the user whose favorites will be loaded.

Attempts to load all compatible units from the compatible unit library table in the provided workspace. Compatible units will be stored in memory, along with defining attributes and extended data on each compatible unit.
