This method loops through a list of CUs and compares the CUs with the criteria that is also passed in.

MatchesCriteria(IList<ICompatibleUnit>)	This method loops through a list of CUs and compares the CUs with the criteria that is also passed in.
MatchesCriteria(ICompatibleUnit)	This method compares the single CU with the criteria passed in with it.
