Parameters

key: A string to uniquely identify this toolbar.

Remarks

This constructor provides the means to create a new toolbar for this application. The constructor creates the associated underlying Infragistics toolbar. It also creates the collection that holds the list of tools that compose the toolbar. Finally, it automatically adds the toolbar to the list of toolbars for this application.
