Troubleshooting: Errors Opening Responder Web

The following error occurs when attempting to open the Responder Web Browser. This error indicates that you do not have ArcGIS for Server installed. There are two possible solutions for this error.

The Responder Web Browser does not require ArcGIS for Server, but it does require a small configuration. Ask your administrator to follow the steps on the "Set Up Without ArcGIS for Server" page in the Configuration Guide (ArcFM Desktop > Responder > Configuration > Web Server > Optional Functionality > Maps).

Install ArcGIS for Server.
