Troubleshooting: Prediction does not appear to be working, although no errors appear in the Responder Data Services console window or the event log

Problem: One cause may be that permissions are missing for the user currently logged in.

Fix: Update or add proper permissions for the user using the Responder web application. Assign the user the Dispatcher role.
