Now that you have all SOS components configured you must start the necessary services.
- Start the Responder services. If they're already started, restart them to ensure all configuration changes are included. You can use the short cut in the Start menu (All Programs > ArcFM Solution > Responder > Start Responder Windows Service. This requires that you configured Miner.Responder.WindowsService.exe.config. Alternately, you can start it in Computer Management.
- Open Computer Management (right-click My Computer and select Manage).
- Expand Services and Applications and select Services.
- If you haven't started the Responder services yet, right-click Responder and select Start.
- Right-click Smartgrid Listener and select Start.
- Close Computer Management.

Responder services should always be started BEFORE the Smartgrid Listener service.
