You can exclude customer calls that have a Time Restore value when viewing the Open Calls page in Responder Web.

                    This configuration applies only to the calls list on the Open Calls page. | 
To not include restored customer calls on the Open Calls page, look for the following XML in Web.config. By default, this file is installed here: C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Responder.
    <add key="openCalls.showRestoredCalls" value="true" />
Set the "value" to false. Calls with a Time Restore value will not appear on the Open Calls page.
