Use the Responder web browser to assign the SmartgridAdministrator role to the Responder Services user.

1. Open the Responder web browser. http://localhost/Responder/default.aspx (replace "localhost" with the name of your Responder server.
2. Select the Administration section.
3. On the Manage Users tab, select the Responder Services user. This is the user that runs the Responder Services.
4. Select the checkbox for the SmartgridAdministrator role to assign it to the Responder Services user.

5. Click Update.
6. Close the Responder web browser.
