Responder allows you to modify the display format for address and zip code fields. To modify these formats, you will need to modify the *.resx file installed with Responder. Look for the Miner.Responder.Web.Presentation.Properties.Resources.resx. By default this file is installed here: Program Files\Miner and Miner\ArcFM Solution\Resources\Responder\Miner.Responder.Web.Presentation.Properties.Resources.resx.
