Add ASPNET User
The following steps are necessary to run the Configuration Manager. You must add the ASPNET user to the RX_USERS table whether you're using a machine with XP or Server 2003. This step requires that you have Data Services running in order to access the Responder web application.
Use the Responder web browser to create a user for the ASPNET user on your local machine (e.g., localmachine\aspnet). This adds the user to the RX_USERS table. The ASPNET user must have the SmartgridAdministrator role assigned as shown in the example below.
