'Could not open map cache' Error

If you receive an error indicating that you cannot open the map cache, this could mean that you have an older version of ArcGIS for Server. Refer to the ArcFM Server for details on the supported versions of ArcGIS for Server and upgrade as needed.
Additionally, you may not have copied the correct mobile map cache files onto the client machine. See the Create Mobile Map topic for more information.
