XML

The XML folder contains .dtd and .xsd files that verify the XML imported and exported by ArcFM. These files are found in the Program Files\Miner and Miner\ArcFM Solution\Bin\XML folder of the ArcFM Solution installation directory. DO NOT MOVE OR RENAME THE FILES IN THIS DIRECTORY.

CymdistImport.dtd	Validates the XML exported from the geodatabase to ensure it is the proper structure before passing it to the CYMDIST API.	Network Adapter
DatabaseConnections.xml	Stores connection information for ArcFM Viewer for ArcGIS Engine. Access this information using the ArcFM Engine Administrator.	ArcFM Engine Administrator
DatabaseProperties.dtd	Validates the XML used by the Import/Export tool when importing or exporting database properties.	XML Import/Export Tool
Design.dtd	Validates the structure of the design.	Designer
DesignOptimizationLayerSymbology.xml	A sample file of Design Optimization symbology layers in XML format.	Designer
domains.dtd	Validates the XML used by the Import/Export tool when importing or exporting domain information.	XML Import/Export Tool
FeatureClass.dtd	Validates the XML used by the Import/Export tool when importing or exporting feature class information.	XML Import/Export Tool

GxXML.dtd	This .dtd wraps several other .dtds: Featureclass.dtd, Snapping.dtd, ModelNames.dtd, Domains.dtd, ObjectInfo.dtd, RelationshipClass.dtd, GeometricNetwork.dtd, and DatabaseProperties.dtd.	XML Import/Export Tool
Miner.layout.xsd
MinervilleCymdistEquipment.xml	Contains substation, generator, and motor equipment for the Minerville sample data. This equipment must be imported into CYMDIST before feeders can be exported from the Minerville sample data.	Network Adapter
modelnames.dtd	Validates the XML used by the Import/Export tool when importing or exporting model name information.	XML Import/Export Tool
MspDefaults.xml	Contains the default values for the MultiSpeak export for null fields.
mspGeometry.xsd	Contains definitions from the GML standard. This file is from the MultiSpeak consortium.	Network Adapter
Multispeak.xsd	Defines features and attributes in the MultiSpeak specification. This file is from the MultiSpeak consortium.	Network Adapter
MultispeakRealTime.xsd	Defines the message header information. It is used to validate MultiSpeak XML and references MultiSpeak.xsd and mspGeometry.xsd. This file is from the MultiSpeak consortium.	Network Adapter
NetworkAdapterGML.dtd	Contains definitions for geometry in GML format.	Network Adapter
NetworkAdapterNetwork.dtd	Validates the XML exported from the geodatabase to ensure it is the proper structure before passing it to the Vendor API.	Network Adapter
NetworkAdapterNetworkSample.xml	The file provides sample XML that has been exported from a geodatabase and is ready to be passed to the Vendor API.	Network Adapter

PxXML.dtd	This .dtd wraps two .dtds: PxWorkflow.dtd and WorkflowManagerCU.dtd.	Process Framework Import/Export tool
QAQC.dtd	Validates the XML used by the QA/QC tool when the user elects to Write to File or Write All to File.	QA/QC
