If you install IIS after installing .NET, the following error message may occur:

"System.ServiceModel.EndpointNotFoundException: There was no endpoint listening at..."

Cause:

Even if service endpoints are configured correctly, IIS may not recognize WCF service calls.

Solution:

1. Open a command prompt.
2. Go to C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v3.0\Windows Communication Foundation
3. Enter ServiceModelReg.exe -i
