These tables are created by the SQL scripts in the next steps. Before running these scripts, the owner (e.g., Smartgrid) must exist and have the following privileges in the database:

Create Table for the database in which the AMI tables reside
Create View for the database in which the AMI tables reside
Create Procedure for the database in which the AMI tables reside
Select privileges against the RX_CUSTOMERS table (may be in another database)
Select privileges against the multi-versioned view created in the first script (SmartgridAMI_01_ConfigureServicePoints.bat)
