There are several options listed in the ArcFM Options under the ArcMap Customize menu.

The General options tab allows you to determine the Zoom To scale, the size of the flash for the Highlight tool, and other options.
The Attribute Editor options tab allows you to modify various Attribute Editor options.
The Editing options tab allows you to modify various editing functions.
The Map Production options tab allows you to designate a default path for an exported map file.
The Tracing tab allows you to turn the tracing buffer on/off and determine its size.
The Phase Swap options tab allows you to determine how phase swap traces are performed.
