To undo an approval, click the Undo Begin Construction 
button. This will change the design's status from As-Built Editing to Approved and the WR's state from In Construction to In Design. In the default workflow only an Approval Officer may use the Undo Begin Construction button. The Approval Officer must also be the design's current owner.
