Enable: No session currently open
You may create a redline session to which only graphics may be added using the Graphics tab. This gives you access to a new redline session without opening Session Manager and allows you to place graphics using the Graphics tab, but not features.
Click the Open New Redline Session 
button on the Session Manager toolbar. This creates a new redline session. You may begin placing graphics immediately, then save or close the redline session and access it again through Session Manager.
