The Edit Log report shows all edits made in the currently open session or design. It is available as a button 
on the ArcFM Session Manager and Designer Workflow Manager toolbars, and as a task in the ArcFM Process Tasks list (Edit Log Report). These tools are enabled only when you have opened on the Enterprise a session or design that came from the field.
Use the Zoom 
and Highlight 
buttons on this report to navigate to and view and individual edits. These tools are not available on features that have been deleted.
Note: Changes made by ArcObjects and autoupdaters are included in the Edit Log. For example, if the field editor deletes a pole that has a related JointUseAttachment, the autoupdater will update the related object. This related object, while not deleted by the field user, will be included in the Edit Log.
