An Approval Officer may approve only one design per work request. The user approving the design must be an Approval Officer and must be the design's current owner.
Once a design is approved for a work request, additional designs may not be created and any existing alternate design(s) become locked. An Approval Officer may approve a design simply by selecting it and clicking the Approve Design 
button. This gives the design an Approved status. Designs may be approved in Workflow Manager or in Designer.
You may click Undo Approve to return the design to a Pending Approval status.
