When you have finished editing a design, you may submit it to an Approval Officer. A Designer must be the owner of the design to submit it.
- Select the design to be submitted.
- Click the Submit Design
button.
- Select an Approval Officer and click OK.
- Now the design will have a Pending Approval status, and the Current Owner will be the Approval Officer you selected. If you own the work request, then it will remain visible in the My Work filter, but the design will be locked. The work request remains unlocked, and you may edit it or create additional designs.
