Using ArcFM Solution Desktop
Stored Items Options

Use the Options to determine display settings for the ArcFM Stored Items list. To open the Options dialog, select Options from the Stored Items pull-down on the ArcFM toolbar.
Display
Select the checkboxes for the user interface elements you wish to display in the Stored Items list. By default, all checkboxes are selected.
Settings
Maximum size of Most Recently Used List: This setting determines the maximum number of items that may be displayed in the Most Recently Used list.
Auto Expand Folders
Select a radio button to indicate the number of levels to expand folders when the tab is selected.
First Level Only
First Two Levels
