Much like System Favorite categories in ArcCatalog, these allow you to organize graphic favorites. On the Graphics list, categories are indicated with bars at the top and bottom of the list. Click a bar to view its contents. In the example below, the Devices category is displayed. You must have an edit session started to access the right-click tools that allow you to create, edit, and delete graphic favorite categories.

Create Category

Right-click the Graphics list and select Create Favorite Category.
Enter a category name and click OK.

Edit Category Name

Select an existing category to display its contents.
Right-click within the category and select Edit Category Name.
Enter a new category name and click OK.

Move Category

Start an Edit session.
Click the title bar of a category.
Drag and drop it to another position.

Delete Category

Select an existing category to display its contents.
Right-click within the category and select Delete Favorite Category.
A confirmation screen will verify that you wish to delete the selected category. Click Yes to delete or No to exit without deleting.
