ArcFM Desktop Configuration Guide
User Roles
Field users require specific roles in order to access the appropriate data and tasks. Assign roles using the Process Framework Administration Tool. The tables below show the minimum roles required for field users. The roles listed appear in the Role column on the Roles tab in the Process Framework Administration Tool. The display name (Role Name column) may appear in any way you like, but the Role must be assigned as shown below.

If you wish to allow field users to assign designs to other field users (mobile to mobile), the WMS Always Mobile Designer role must also be assigned. These transfers will fail without this role assigned. |
