Integrate Cost Summary Data

Designer Express provides cost data in two formats, XML and tables, that can be used by third party warehouse management systems
The XML data can be exported through either the Workflow Manager or ArcMap. You can export the XML data from Workflow Manager by adding a customized task that retrieves the XML data and sends it to the third party system. You can export the XML data from ArcMap by adding a customized tool to the Designer Express toolbar that would also retrieve the XML data and send it to the third party system.
The cost data stored in tables can provide a list of cost items per design. This data can be retrieved through queries that produce SQL results. The SQL results can then be converted into a data format compatible with the third party system. This option does not require ArcMap.
