Convert Fiber Manager Data

The Fiber dataset and all Fiber Manager tables must be converted to either ArcFM or Designer objects. To convert the data, select the fiber dataset and the tables (starting with F_) in ArcCatalog and select the ArcFM Solution Object Converter tool on the ArcFM Solution toolbar in ArcCatalog. Choose "Convert to use ArcFM objects" or "Convert to use Designer objects" and click OK.
If you select items from the Contents tab in the right-hand pane of ArcCatalog, you can use the Shift or Ctrl key to select multiples.

In the sample geodatabase, the Fiber Manager tables begin with F_*, however you are not required to use that naming standard. |
