Configure Cable Pulling

Cable pulling allows the user to quickly calculate cable pulling tensions and to easily perform “what-if” scenarios when pulling conductor of various sizes through conduit. Cable pulling provides maximum tensions, sidewall bearing pressures, and cable clearances of several pulling methods including pulling eye and basket grip.
The following tables must exist in your geodatabase (see Configuring Analysis Tools). Import them in Access, not ArcCatalog. For more information about how to use the sample tables provided, see Configure Analysis Tools.
