Version: ArcFM 9.1.2 and earlier
The SDE user cannot successfully execute the Create ArcFM Solution System Tables tool in ArcCatalog. The user receives the following error and errors are also reported to the Event Log.
Cause: When entering connection properties, the Database field was populated. This is not a supported configuration for an Oracle environment.
Solution: Remove the value from the Database field in the connection properties dialog.
