ComCategoryLookup Constructor

| ComCategoryLookup Constructor() | Creates a category factory for the calling assembly based on the configuration files within the given folder. You must call Reset() or ResetCatID() to indicate the category for which ClassIDs are needed. Alternatively, .NET clients can use ComCategoryLookup(Guid category) instead. |
| ComCategoryLookup Constructor(Guid) | Creates a category factory for the calling assembly based on the configuration files within the given folder. |
