Execute Method (Handler<T_Scope,T_ChildScope,T_ChildResult,T_Result>)

Initialization data for this handler
Child handler's result
Executes the operation. Override this to method to implement the primary processing you wish to occur in this handler class. The default implementation will simply return the child's result, in the case that it's the same type as it's own result. Otherwise, it will throw an error. Do not invoke base. Execute in your derived implementation.
