PropertyNameThe property reads the name of the transition which may be used in the code.  
PropertyRolesThe roles that may utilize this transition.  
PropertyToStatesThe state to which this transition may move.  
PropertyTransitionIDA unique ID for the transition. The user may not modify this value in the Process Framework Administration Tool.
