Public Methods

	Name	Description
	NeedRefresh	Returns a boolean value indicating whether the element should be refreshed based on the mmAutoTextEvents value.
	TextString	Returns the text string that appears on the map layout based on the mmAutoTextEvents value and the status of the MapProdInfo parameter. The pMapProdInfo parameter passed in is "Nothing" for all mmAutoTextEvents except mmPlotNewPage and mmFinishPlot.
