UpstreamTrace Method

This method executes the Electric Upstream trace based on the trace options passed in. The trace starts at the startPoint and traces the electric network in the map.

Returns the trace results as a DataSet

Target Platforms: Windows XP SP3 (32-bit and 64-bit), Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit)
