UpstreamProtectiveDeviceTrace Method

This method executes the Upstream Protective Device trace based on the trace options passed in. The trace starts at the startPoint and traces the electric network in the map.

Target Platforms: Windows XP SP3 (32-bit and 64-bit), Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit)
