ParseVerbose Method

Parses the specified string into a FeatureID instance. Given as [FCID=1][OID=2][SUBID=3]

s: The string to parse.
provider: An System.IFormatProvider that supplies culture-specific formatting information about s.

A FeatureID instance.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
System.FormatException	s is not a format that can be converted to a non-global object identifier.
System.ArgumentNullException	s is null.
