DockControl Constructor(String,String)

Creates a framework dockable control that can be displayed in a dockable window.

key: Specifies the unique key used to identify this form.
menuCaption: The text to appear as the window caption (with ampersand removed) and as the view menu item (with ampersand).

Target Platforms: Windows XP SP3 (32-bit and 64-bit), Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit)
